8.2 Cap on Liability

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nigeria to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms or the Service.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any controversy or dispute between you and us arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, the parties shall attempt, promptly and in good faith, to resolve such dispute. If we are unable to resolve any such dispute within a reasonable time (not to exceed thirty days), either party may submit such controversy or dispute to mediation or arbitration as a final and binding resolution.

10.3 Indemnification
